Position: Kitchen Assistant

Type of employment: Fixed term employment on a local contract

The Permanent Representation of Denmark to the European Union is seeking to hire a Kitchen Assistant.

Main tasks and responsibilities 
Specific tasks and responsibilities may change according to organizational needs but will generally include:
Service and sale functions 
Catering services for meetings at the Permanent Representation as well as official Residences
Cleaning duties
General assistance in close cooperation with the external Canteen service provider

Required qualifications and experience 
You have a relevant professional background
You are service minded, have great interpersonal skills and is team oriented
You have the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain overview and confidentiality
Proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages or English is an asset 
Employment conditions
You will be offered a full time employment for a fixed term of 24 months with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement on a local contract based on the Staff Rules of The Permanent Representation of Denmark to the European Union
Your standard working hours will be 37 hours per week (full time position)
You will be entitled to 25 days of paid holiday per year. 
Your salary will reflect your qualifications, relevant experience and proven work-related results
