Transparency
Transparency about EU-legislation and procedures is a key priority for Denmark and for the upcoming Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. On the occasion of the conclusion of the interinstitutional agreement on the EU transparency register in 2021, Denmark – alongside the 26 other EU Member States – issued a declaration on the basis of which, during the Danish Presidency of the Council and the six months preceding it, the Permanent Representative and the Deputy Permanent Representative will only meet with those interest representatives that are registered in the transparency register.
As a consequence, as of January 1st 2025 and until December 31st 2025, the Permanent Representative of Denmark to the EU, Carsten Grønbech-Jensen, and the Deputy Permanent Representative, Søren Jacobsen, will only meet with interest representatives that are registered in the transparency register. You can find more information about the transparency register and how to register here.
After the meeting has taken place, it will be included in the list of completed meetings published on the Permanent Representation’s website below.
